Enhanced CD Support

  Enhanced CD's

Solutions for using Jam Tracks.

Usually problems with using the Jam Tracks software in a PC can be traced to Windows' auto play settings or to resource conflicts.

If the software does not start withing 30 seconds of loading the disc:

Check your settings by going to the My Computer screen and right clicking the CD or DVD drive containing the disc.  From the menu select Properties.  Click on the AutoPlay tab and check your settings.

Many systems may have a problem if two things are trying to use the soundcard at the same time.  Close any other software that uses audio and restart Jam Tracks to try and resolve any problems.

Drive Compatability

If you are having difficulty accessing the software on your PC, make sure you have the right CD-ROM driver to read multi-session discs. Check the drive manufacturer's website for driver updates.

The disc should work in any newer audio CD players.  Some older players may have trouble reading enhanced CD's.

Updated major pentatonic scale patterns for Jam Tracks.

Download this revised version of the major pentatonic patterns.  There is an error on the first pattern of the software version of the patterns.  The printable .pdf version does not have the error and is correct.  Because Jam Tracks' software is embedded on the disc it can not be updated. Use the revised graphic alongside the software as a workaround.
